Moviehouse presents NYC's Best Indie Shorts
with
Hallowe'en Films
Moviehouse presents a very special spooky not-so-gory night of shorts on Hallowe'en, October 31 at 7pm at Galapagos Art Space.
Moviehouse selected their favorite local filmmakers and asked each of them to make a movie for Hallowe'en. The results will be screened as part of Galapagos's holiday festivities. Each film had to follow four rules: 1) No more than four characters, 2) Reference a classic horror film, 3) Incorporate chocolate. and 4) Absolutely no blood.
The night will include brand new shorts from Chioke Nassor, Jesse Kerman, Carlotta Propersi, Clay Franklin and Chuck Wing. As always there's free popcorn and free drinks for the winner of our Bela Lugosi trivia contest. All this for just $5.
Moviehouse presents NYC's best short films, a classic feature. and an afterparty featuring the neighborhood's finest VJs and DJs on the first and third Sunday of every month at Galapagos Art Space. The event is sponsored by Brilliant Productions, Reel Life Video and Galapagos Art Space.
