I'm raising funds to participate in the Solo Performance Commissioning Project, led by choreographer Deborah Hay in Scotland late this summer.  The project offers the chance to explore the solo form, which has always intimidated me terribly, under the tutelage of one of the world's masters of the form.   

The catch – participants must raise the funds to support their participation from family, friends, and other private sources.  Paying one's own way is not allowed, as the search committee is looking for tangible evidence of community support for each artist they choose.  The cost will be approximately $3000 and I must raise it by April 20.  So please join me on April 10 and become a patron of this solo; you'll receive acknowledgement in the program each time it is performed.  

If you cannot come on the 10th, you may make your tax-deductible contribution by writing a check payable to The Field with my name in the memo line.  If the tax-deduction is not a concern, personal checks to me or cash are fine also. I can take contributions in person through April 13, or you may send them to the following address until my deadline, April 20:
