It’s really that simple.

Find good work and follow it.

You have no other responsibility. It’s our job to produce strong, communicative, and effective work and if we do you’ll support us. Not because you have some sort of responsibility to baby us, but because we’ve taken responsibility for the relationship we have with you.

If we don’t then we don’t need to be here, do we?
We have a clear responsibility to be excellent. If we are, take notice.
