INAUGURAL GALAPAGOS AMATEUR BURLESQUE COMPETITION

For entry in Galapagos' Amateur Burlesque Competition...

-Please prepare one showcase number, and one encore for competition in the final round. Silliness and absurd creativity encouraged! More serious burlesque also welcomes.

-Dances should be choreographed to one 3-5 minute song on a CD.

-Galapagos Art Space will provide light and sound tech.

-The winner will be crowned Miss (or Mister) Burly Girly for one month, and will pass on the crown the following month.

-The winner also receives an automatic $50 cash prize, which increases with guest donations to the pot. Bring your friends and tell them to tip big.
